Expectations.....

The ritual is marriage is a unique, two strangers meet, fall in love and decide to spent all there life together. the girl leaves everything behind her family, friends, her dreams, everything just to be with that one person whom she loves more than herself. She does not only loves her man, but his family, his dreams, even his small small things became important to her, she just forgets herself what she only remember is her love. she changes her completely. From day one she is expected to be good home maker, a good wife, a good daughter in law, sister in law, a cook, and every things a home maker does. But the girl  does the same thing is expected from the boy. how come a girl change in one night or just being married, wearing sindoor and mangalsutra maker her to excel in everything she has never done in her life. A boy studies  and then do a job, but this is the same thing a girl has been doing, if its said that boy didn't have time to learn other things then how come its expected from a girl. How come a boy expect that from day one his wife will understand all his needs, how come the in-laws expect that girl will know everything from day one. But this is the strength of a girl she transforms herself or at least she tries to change herself. But does this change is notice? Does her effort is appreciated? Everyone excepts her that she forgets her family where she has spent all her childhood, her every moment before family and accept everyone in her new family from day one. its easy said than done, but again she tries. But is accepted by everyone in her new family from day one? is she given the same status as the daughter of the family is given? Then why so much expectations from her. She tries knowing everything, but nobody understand not even her husband that for this she also needs the support and love of the family. he misses the love which she has been getting all through her life, she misses her parents, her home, her siblings, her family, her friends, her habits, most importantly she misses her herself. But there is nobody to understand. Now for the first time in her life she feels lonely, she feels lost, but she doesn't give up, she tries to be happy, she thinks of all the good things, she doesn't complain, she hides her tears and she does all this only for one person her love... Why there is so much expectations from a girl? why nobody can see her pain. Why nobody can understand that when her efforts are not recognized or when she is not accepted then how much it hurts her? Why no body can understand how much broken she feel? How much lonely she feels? why no body understands her? why her love can not understand and see the pain in her eyes? Why cant he see the tears hidden behind her smile? Why doesn't he hold he hand and say "dear you are not alone, i am with you " ? Does marriage and love means so much pain and tears for a girl? a girl will say no even when nobody will be for her but her husband her love will be here for her... if he hold her hands tightly then she will leave this world but will never leave his hands... she will bear all the pain, all the loneliness everything because she knows she have a shoulder to cry she has a hand which will wipe her tears she has heart which cares for her, which understands her, she has a eyes which can see her tears behind her smile, she has a ear which hear her unsaid words, because she knows she is everything to that one person who values her effort. Because she knows there is one person who also understands that she too had some expectations............
